The Arbitration Association (RAA) Working Group for Monitoring of Russian Judicial Practice published the Review of Russian Judicial Practice on Arbitration and Cross-Border Litigation for the first half of 2021.

Dmitriy Taput, Senior Associate at Petrol Chilikov, co-authored one of the Review chapters, dedicated to general matters of international arbitration and arbitral proceedings.
