Dispute resolution

International and Domestic Arbitration

Our lawyers have broad experience in handling arbitration cases both domestically and across the globe, in regional arbitration centers and in the world’s major forums, including, for example, the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and also ad hoc, pursuant, for example, to the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

We assist our clients in various arbitration-related matters. We help to draft effective arbitration clauses, collect and preserve evidence, develop negotiation strategies, and generally manage cases with the aim of enhancing opportunities to win. We pursue interim measures in support of arbitral proceedings in Russia and abroad. We counsel cases in Russian courts related to setting aside and the enforcement of domestic and international arbitral awards. We help to coordinate arbitration proceedings with parallel court proceedings in Russia and abroad.
