On 18 June 2019, the Alumni Association of the Russian School of Private Law held in Moscow a scientific and practical conference on “Private Law and Procedure”.
During the panel discussion titled “Arbitration. Modification of problems of recognition and enforcement of decisions of arbitration courts and international arbitrations in 2010-2019” Olesya Petrol spoke on acceptable limits of the state court’ review of the arbitration procedure under Art. V(1)(b) and (d) of the New York Convention, and Egor Chilikov delivered a presentation titled “From public policy to limiting of arbitrability of certain categories of disputes: 2010-2019”.
