On 25 August 2019 a multi-page research devoted to recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Russia and the countries of the former USSR saw light. The publication is dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the 1958 New York Convention and was written under the auspices of the Russian Arbitration Association.

Egor Chilikov, partner of Petrol Chilikov, co-authored a commentary to Article V(2)(b) of the Convention entitling national courts to refuse recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award if it contradicts to public policy at the place of enforcement.
