The online session of the Urals Private Law Conference titled ‘A Matter of Honour: Intangible Values and Business’ was held on 11 November during the XII International Forum ‘Legal Week in the Urals’. Olesya Petrol, partner at Petrol Chilikov, and Alexander Yagelnitskiy, of counsel at Petrol Chilikov, spoke at the event.

Conference was dedicated to the protection of business reputation: the qualification of damages to business reputation and its correlation to moral harm; means to prove casual link and scope of damages; and approaches to these issues in foreign legal systems.
