On 24-25 September 2020, the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration arranged the Conference “Private Law and Arbitration’ in Kaliningrad, and partners at Petrol Chilikov, Olesya Petrol and Egor Chilikov were among its speakers.

Olesya spoke during the “Private Law in Modern Realities’ discussion dedicated to the prospects of property law development, trends in tort law and law of obligations, as well as recovery of damages from controlling persons and judicial costs.

Egor spoke at the ‘Corporate Law. Prospects of Development of Corporate Dispute Arbitration’ session, where the discussion addressed the types of corporate disputes that can be referred to arbitration, as well as derivative suits in arbitration and challenges in redomiciliation of international companies.
