From 11-16 January 2021, the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration organized the Winter International Arbitration Academy called “Beyond the Imaginable Borders: Transformation of Arbitration”.

The program included five days of general and special courses covering various aspects of international arbitration, ranging from issues of validity and enforceability of arbitration agreements and the choice of law to specific issues of cultural differences in the conduct of arbitration and the art of cross-examination, as well as a moot court case. Participants of the Academy included legal practitioners from Russia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Argentina, Peru and India.
