Alexander Yagelnitskiy, Petrol Chilikov Counsel, was a speaker at the discussion session “Compensation for Moral Damage: Problems and Prospects,” on the fourth day of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum. Representatives of the Russian Supreme Court, the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the S.S. Alekseev Private Law Research Center under the Russian President, the University of Salzburg, and the Kutafin Moscow State Law University participated in the discussion.
