Another special supplement to the Corporate Lawyer magazine is devoted to the problems of liability in bankruptcy: subsidiary, administrative, criminal liability, as well as the liability of arbitration managers and liability of Russian debtors and creditors abroad. Subsidiary liability has historically been one of the fastest-developing institutions of the law of obligations. The enthusiasm demonstrated by the lawmaker and courts in developing this institution is probably one reason behind the issue of liability for actions that hamper obtaining satisfaction under obligations for creditors gaining newfound relevance based on this particular example.
