On 23-25 August 2019, the Arbitration Association, in cooperation with the HSE Law Faculty, held the IV Arbitration Online Competition – an annual student competition in the format of a moot trial.

The Conference was help on occasion of the Competition and was dedicated to the practical problems of the Competition’s mock problem. Egor Chilikov, partner of Petrol Chilikov, delivered a presentation on the topic “Is your dispute arbitrable?”
