On December 2, 2019, in the conference room of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, a round table “25 Years of the First Part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: the Path Traveled and Prospects” was held.

During the event, Alexander Yagelnitskiy, counsel at Petrol Chilikov, made a presentation on the topic “Losses as a universal measure of civil liability: evolution of the Civil Code and judicial practice”.
