On 24-26 August 2018 the III RAA25 Online Moot competition took place, conducted under the auspices of the Russian Arbitration Association and hosted by the National Research University Higher School of Economics. The moot case was focused on the ability of Russian parties to arbitrate cases outside Russia, the applicability of CISG and quality standards under CISG and Russian law.
Teams from the Higher School of Economics, MGIMO-University and Lomonosov Moscow State University have qualified accordingly as the first, the second and the third best teams in the competition. We congratulate the winners!
Egor Chilikov, a partner of the firm, was judging the quarter-final and the final round of the competition, having Vladimir Khvalei (Baker & Mackenzie, partner) and Sergey Usoskin (advocate, Double Bridge Law) as co-arbitrators.
