On June 4, 2020, the Association of Graduates of the Russian School of Private Law (AG RSPL) held an online workshop “Actual Damage and Loss of Profit in Private, Criminal and Tax Law”. During the workshop, speakers discussed whether it is reasonable to divide losses into actual damage and loss of profit in private and public law.

Alexander Yagelnitskiy, counsel at Petrol Chilikov, participated in the workshop as a speaker, and Olesya Petrol, a partner at Petrol Chilikov, moderated the discussion.
