On 11 April 2018, S.S. Alexeev Research Centre of Private Law at the President of the Russian Federation held a conference “Matrimonial property: concepts and application”
Panelists of the conference included Prof Dmitry Dozhdev (Dean of faculty of law of MSSES), Prof Sergey Sarbash (S.S. Alexeev Research Centre of Private Law), Prof Andrey Egorov (S.S. Alexeev Research Centre of Private Law), Prof Roman Bevzenko (S.S. Alexeev Research Centre of Private Law, Pepeliaev group) and other prominent experts.
At the event, Olesya Petrol, a partner of the firm, addressed case law on matrimonial finance. Alexander Yagelnitskiy, of counsel, spoke on challenging transactions executed without spouse’s consent and on limitation period.
