On 17 May 2018 a meeting of the Council for Development of Arbitration at the Ministry of Justice of Russian Federation took place in St-Petersburg. Olesya Petrol, partner of the firm and a Member of the Council, spoke on arbitrability of inheritance disputes.
Later that day, Egor Chilikov, partner of the firm, spoke at the conference “Practical Issues in International Arbitration: Challenges of the Present and Outlook into the Future”, a satellite event of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum. Egor’s presentation was devoted to third-party funding of disputes in Russia.
