On February 17, 2020, Olesya Petrol, partner at Petrol Chilikov, commented for the analytical program “7 days of the Supreme Court” on the Mandryki and Negodyn case which was heard by the Supreme Court.
Olesya Petrol mentioned that the Supreme Court came to an important conclusion, leaving the possibility of claiming compensation for non-pecuniary damage in a situation where physical harm is not caused to a person requiring compensation to his relative.
