On 25 March 2019, one of the most prestigious conferences in the sphere of arbitration – Russian Arbitration Day 2019 – took place in Moscow.
Olesya Petrol spoke at the event on the issue of arbitrability of matrimonial disputes. This issue was an expected continuation of Olesya’s speech at the Russian Arbitration Day last year on arbitrability of inheritance disputes.
Olesya’s article was published in the 5th edition of the annual collection of papers titled “New Horizons of International Arbitration”.
