Olesya Petrol, partner at Petrol Chilikov, spoke at an online discussion arranged by Registerrecht, a popular science project for registration of rights, and dedicated to the Supreme Court’s practice concerning property registration by one of the spouses in the name of another spouse.

Together with Oleg Zaytsev, Associate Professor at the Russian School for Private Law, and Roman Bevzenko, partner at Pepeliaev Group, she elaborated on two interesting cases from the Russian Supreme Court’s jurisprudence.
