On December 6, 2019, in Vienna the international colloquium on civil asset tracing and recovery was held by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) secretariat. Olesya Petrol,
partner at Petrol Chilikov, was among several representatives of the Russian Federation invited to take part in the colloquium.

During the colloquium, experts considered the elements of a possible toolkit on civil asset tracing and recovery and clarified aspects of possible work by UNCITRAL on pointed issues in 2020.
