On 30 September 2020, the international online conference ‘Living Will, Living Well? Advance Directives Across Asia’ was held, which was dedicated to the regulation of the transfer of rights to take crucial medical decisions to another person in the event of loss of legal capacity in various jurisdictions.

Olesya Petrol, partner at Petrol Chilikov, elaborated on regulation of such issues in Russia and related practical matters.
