“Liability for damage caused by multiple tortfeasors” by Petrol Chilikov Associate Daryana Epikhina, was published in the August issue of the Bulletin of Commercial Justice.
The article addresses the conditions for holding several tortfeasors liable for jointly caused harm, as well as burden of proof of causation, and suggests solutions for various cases involving complicated causation.
