Legal Insight has for the second time conducted a survey of the Russian arbitration market. The first one was carried out five years ago and its results are available here. The second survey covered a broad range of topics, including current stance of the Russian arbitral instructions, peculiarities of arbitral proceedings involving Russian parties, enforcement of arbitral awards in Russia, key roles and service providers on the Russian arbitration market and etc.  Egor Chilikov authored an article on availability of third party funding for parties to arbitral proceedings from Russia and CIS.
