Wolters Kluwer Law & Business Publishing released a compilation on “Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Russia and Former USSR States”. The book is the first full-scale analysis of the application of the New York Convention by national courts of the former Soviet Union countries published in English.
