Firm’s of counsel Alexander Yaglnitskiy is a renowned expert in private law, including property law, law of obligations, damages and specifically tort law and law of succession. He is an Associate Professor at the Department of Private Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University, where he delivers private law and tort law courses. He is also an Associate Professor at the Russian School of Private Law and a lecturer at the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences. Alexander is a member and Russian representative at the World Tort Law Society (WTLS). List of his publications and speeches covers many areas of Russian private law.
