On 18 September 2019, the 11th Annual Moscow conference titled “Settlement of Commercial Disputes with the Participation of Parties from the CIS Countries” was held in Moscow.
Elena Mazetova, associate partner of Petrol Chilikov, spoke at the discussion session devoted to obtaining information for use in arbitration from third parties. The session participants discussed interactions of national data protection laws and procedures for obtaining evidence in cross-border judicial and arbitration processes.
