Annual Meeting of the ABA International Law Section is being held online this year. Partner Olesya Petrol spoke during the session titled “The Battle for Home Court Advantage – Strategies and Pitfalls”.

The panelists discussed tactics for running parallel actions in different jurisdictions at the risk of anti-suit injunction being issued in one of them, possible blocking the post-verdict enforcement in national courts, and the benefits and possible risks of invoking parallel criminal proceedings.
