Today, the 13th American Bar Association (ABA) Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes took place.
In its opening PechaKucha session “Tips, traps and tidbits for CIS disputes practitioners: Things you should know”, Olesya Petrol revealed methods to enforce assets registered in the names of nominee holders. The participants voted for Olesya’s presentation as the best speech at the session.
