The competition is held with the aim of promoting the study of private law and developing practical skills for further professional activities of the students.

The competition consists of an absentee round where moot-judges – leading scientists, lawyers, and retired judges – estimate procedural documents, a lawsuit and a response, and an in-person round in the format of a moot court.
