On 16 November 2018 Pravo.ru held the conference “Bankruptcy – 2018: searching balance”, where practicing lawyers discussed issues of subsidiary liability, methods of proof, nominees and affiliates. Olesya Petrol, partner of the firm, spoke on challenging marital agreements of a bankrupt under family law. Oleg Zaytsev, a prominent bankruptcy and civil law scholar, co-spoke on challenging of maintenance and alimony agreements of a bankrupt.
