Egor Chilikov and Alexander Yagelnitskiy also led a session titled ‘Mortis Causa: Arbitration and Testamentary Trusts’ at the conference held as part of the moot court. Alexander spoke about testamentary arbitration, while Egor reflected on the application of an arbitration clause to non-signatories (beneficiaries).
