Alexander Yagelnitsky’s article on the consumer fine as a measure of civil liability was published in the anthology called “Problems of Exercising and Protecting Civil Law Rights”

The compilation of articles of civil law scholars and specialists is dedicated to the memory of the outstanding national civil law scholar Professor V.P. Gribanov (1921-1990) and is published on the occasion of his 100th anniversary. The book reveals the main problems of exercising and protecting the subjective civil law rights and performance of duties by those involved in the modern commerce, including in the spheres of contract, property and corporate law, as well as intellectual rights.
