“There is an imbalance of forces in the fight between creditors and dishonest spouses. The community property regime provides the spouses with numerous opportunities for manipulations concealed from other persons. Contrary to the idea of community property and common sense, the family law preserves the separation of debts presumption, which is manifestly hard to be contested by creditors.”
