Petrol Chilikov team, led by Egor Chilikov, firm’s partner, acted as lead counsel in an LCIA dispute related to enforcement of the client’s rights arising out of a credit facility agreement and ancillary security agreements. The dispute was settled by the parties as the LCIA proceedings were heading to an end. Petrol Chilikov team acted for the client in the settlement negotiations and assisted with implementation of the settlement terms.
