Elena Mazetova has joined Petrol Chilikov

Effective from 1 March 2019 Elena Mazetova joined Petrol Chilikov as an associate partner.   Prior to joining Petrol Chilikov, Elena was a head of international disputes and compliance in Yandex, where she took part in a number of landmark and precedent-setting projects.
